I am completely shocked that the Hearts fans seem to quite like Tom English.

Likewise one could easily say that they are shocked to hear that St Mirren and Hibs fans are lining up to disagree with Tom English.

Same coin, really.

English has a point here, though - Doncaster is just saying what he said on Sportsound last week - no wrongdoing, and everything is fine.

I don't think there'll be any new evidence in the dossier - it'll be a summary of their take on how the vote was handled - what we have is a difference of opinion - if rangers' legal advisors think there's a case, it'll go to court.

I thought the SFA rules prohibited that, unless to the CAS? The Rangers lawyers clearly think they have no chance anyway, "reasonable good prospect"

Absolutely shocked about what I'm hearing in the dossier.

Imagine it being a lot of uncorroborated vague shite.

Surely what you are 'hearing' is also uncorroborated and vague?

I’ve seen fans of many different teams tear into Tom English recently. He’s been hopeless.

And aligning himself with your moron chief. To state that Ann Budge couldn't be mistaken because she is successful in business was also pretty embarrassing.

To be backing this Rangers dossier to expose the SPFL was also pretty fucking stupid.

Again, Budgie seemed to be caught up in the distinction between loans, advances, etc - that whole thing was a distraction, imo.

But, aye - if he said that about Budge, then that was daft.

To be fair, we all wanted to know what was in rangers' dossier - if English it before knowing what was in it, that was also daft.

I don't think English is quite FUBAR yet, though.

only if the rest of the league agree on that course of action via a vote, otherwise Rangers would need to go it themselves.

What? Surely pals hearts and stranraer would be beside them?

From earlier:

For me there are 3 scenarios here:

1) They have nothing, and are "at it".
2) They have something but it's got no chance in court so they are using it as a beating stick while not needing to act upon it.
3) They have something, and it could go to court but they are hoping it's enough for other clubs to look for the removal of Doncaster - thus avoiding the costs of doing so in court.

We can rule out that they have cast-iron evidence because if that was the case they would have already initiated court proceedings.

Likewise, I've seen and personally know fans of many clubs who like him.

But on this issue St Mirren and Hibs fans seem to be of more or less uniform opinion.

My only point was that they are no less sheep-like thanb Hearts fans taking the opposite view. It's silly to point at one group of fans taking a position of self-interest when fans of all clubs with a live angle here are doing exactly the same.

Aye, mibbe!

Short term, rangers won't win this - long term, I can't see Doncaster staying in the job for too much longer.

HERE. WE. GO.

One might argue waiting weeks to provide evidence, while constantly claiming there is evidence, then with just days before an EGM they release a 200 page document, is hardly concomitant with an accusation of bullied silence.

Anyone vaguely neutral would agree he's made a total arse of himself over the last week or so.

Probably because there's no balance in his so called journalism. He's firmly off the fence siding with particular clubs of his choice.

Should someone in his position be doing that?
