Physical money will always exist. It may be on a much lower scale but it simply has to be there.

I don't like the idea of completely shutting down the black economy either, bit of cash in hand work for asylum seekers and the like, or just kids travelling without a work permit as I did. Maybe they can develop some kind of blockchain card that the authorities can't have access to if it's under a certain limit. Don't see why working under the radar should only be available to the wealthy with offshore accounts and the like.
