The achievement of which is some what out of their control. The courses have to be scheduled in time, and the coach's calendar allow for their attendance. Sounded like COVID had impacted things so far but felt they could still get it done in time for next season. Presumably they are close if not fully compliant - tbh it would be a bit embarrassing to have apparently been compliant while still in the Juniors, then installed lights and taken a year out and still not meet the criteria, while four other clubs are going to get theirs.
