PPG isn't ideal, but by that measure Talbot were well ahead of anyone else. The PPG system has also been used in plenty of other leagues, or talks are ongoing about using it. At this rate someone is going to claim the virus was developed in Auchinleck just to let Talbot win the league, but they decided to start spreading it in Wuhan to not make it look too obvious... Didnβt you say in the East Region thread there was βno other optionβ other than null & voiding the entire competition?

In 2016/2017, Kelty Hearts won the East Superleague, in 2017/18 they played in the Scottish cup as a result as East Region representatives despite no longer being in it as they moved to the East of Scotland league. The same happened when Bonnyrigg Rose won the 2017/18 East Superleague and represented the East Region in the Scottish Cup in 2018/19 despite being EoS. So even though there won't be a West Region in the juniors anymore, I would expect Talbot still to represent them in next season's Scottish Cup based on winning this season's West Premiership.

stuart87
The leagues should have been void. Ridiculous that a team can win the league having only played 16 of 30 games or in Johnstone Burghs case 14 of 28.
