I think you should read the posts correctly instead of letting hatred mist your view.

Firstly, given that you’ve still neglected to respond to any of the questions I asked you about your clubs supposed legal challenge I think the only one one of us failing to read is yourself. I’d particularly still like to know what your basis for using legal precedent from Belgium in a Scottish court would be, because in my time doing the LLB I can’t say I seen that being used. I can only assume you were away consulting some legal textbooks before coming back to me with a detailed and learned response?

Secondly, where is the hatred? Being a St Mirren fan my natural hatred is towards a certain team in Greenock. My thoughts towards Heart of Midlothian are more akin to general apathy...I think so little of them I don’t care. InItially I actually felt some sympathy for the circumstances they were caught in.

That being said, watching your fans, board, and chairman’s reaction (complete meltdown) to this whole situation has been priceless, and the sense of entitlement from all involved has been worthy alone of a couple of years in the Championship eating humble pie.

One or two of the Hearts booeys seeming a bit grumpier today.

The pendulum of expectation, and thus gloating, will no doubt swing all over the shop in the next few days. This is some laugh regardless. From kiddy on ITK smugness to lashing out at everyone after one article.

The only thing we can know for certain is that anyone having a mood swing after a Daily Record 'exclusive' has no idea what is going on. Stan and the lads can park any ITK chat from now on.

That not what Ann Budge did in order to give the building contract of your new stand to someone she knows?

You don’t seem to understand how bungs work.

She gave the job to her brother in law and then suddenly doubled the price that Hearts fans would be paying him to build it.

He then built a "rent a build" stand that looks horrendous, hasnt finished half the interior stuff, and asked for more money still.

Ann Budge then put her name on the stand.

Nice touch.

IIRC, the "offer" from the Belgian lad was to share the arguments used, which you'd expect to be fairly similar. I'm not a competition lawyer, but I expect there's some EU law involved.

In any event, precedents from comparative jurisdictions are cited in court all the time. They aren't binding, but can be persuasive.

It’s agreed that a 14 team league has a split far too early in the season.  If that split results in a top six then the European spaces are more or less determined at that point.  Is it 5 or 6 places next year? With no increase in relegation spots the majority of the league will be stale in the last 3 months.

All of that is incorrect.

But then, as you say, you are the same as Leslie Deans and not a lawyer.

1) If it's all incorrect, then you're getting into "This statement is false" levels of paradox by implying that I am simultaneously a competition lawyer, and not a lawyer.

2) It's not incorrect at all.

3) I am a lawyer; disappointed that you haven't managed to pick that up from my excellent and learned posts.

5 next season, but one is held for the Scottish Cup winner.

With it likely being Celtic then yes, by the second week in February the European spots will be decided.

You'll then have 5 top half sides with nothing to really for for apart from trying to avoid 6th. While you'll likely have at least 2 bottom half sides with nothing at all to play for.

The professional kink in the main stand is humorous.

You mean the same one that appears in all stadia of that generation? I am fairly sure both ER and Tynecastle had the same thing.

Anyway, I am now more convinced than ever that you are just a sockpuppet for one of the other Jambo accounts, trying to have a bit of a giggle with your ever more outlandish theories.

St Johnstone and Ross County fans whinging about having to play "meaningless games" takes the biscuit tbqh.

It's understandable you'd prefer them to meaningful games given what happened in your last one tbf.

The best atmospheric stadium in Scotland.

A proper ground haha. The socialist in you comes to the fore. The professional kink in the main stand is humorous.
Atmospheric, like the Nuremberg rallies. Tynecastle is a toilet. The seats are shite. The access is fucking hideous. And it's mostly populated by utter wanks.
