Hearts will take all 41 clubs, and Neil Doncaster, to court if it fails, and their case is so strong they'll be able to bankrupt every side they dont like. Doncaster has said there's enough indication of support to have a further look, if it was as obviously as unpalatable as the Record are suggesting then it wouldn't be worth the extra round of talks/votes.
