Meh.  Not exactly an unexpected outcome.  I imagine any statement will be short and not have the sort of reaction people are hoping for.  We've exhausted our options, time to move on now.

That's the thing - "We've exhausted our options and it's time to move on" would be a quick statement that could be spat out in an hour. Also "We are disappointed, and are checking with our legal advisers as to the next step" is also a quickie.

The silence from Radio Gorgie would suggest something different at play.

Edit: Okay okay, looks like you were right after all!

Hmm, the Falkirk chairman had a fairly big "toys out the pram" moment and started rambling on about how he wanted to humiliate the clubs who didn't vote through reconstruction, he was a bawhair away from calling for boycotts.

We tend to let c***s run our club but most of our fans accept we're in the middle of the worst human catastrophe of our lifetimes, not being promoted isn't really worth getting worked up about.

Tom English blustering his way through the explanation here - sounds utterly gutted.

A big victory for Dundee Utd, Raith and Cove - f**k off, they were already promoted ya fud.

He says Hearts and Partick might be liable for some or all costs - duh..............

On Neil Doncaster - ah, this is going to be the thread he keeps tugging at.

He is dribbling on about "full disclosure of the documents"................as if Hearts and Partick havent already seen them as part of the arbitration.

The man is a fanny, a complete lickspittle fanny with his tongue right up Budges hoop.

Sounded broken - Good

Tom English is going to speaking soon on Radio Scotland. Be prepared for unfair to relegate, SPFL fault it came to this and ignore the 'independent investigation' conclusions of non wrongdoing from the SPFL.

He's a cockwomble.

Tom English -

end of line

Hard especially on Partick

big victory for United, Raith, Cove

Hammer blow for Hearts and Partick

Me, Dave McCormack and others critical of governance of SPFL regardless of today's decision

'vindicated' a poor choice of words from SPFL as lot of bad blood
