He'll say something like: "Neil Doncaster and the SPFL have achieved their pyrrhic victory, but it's a success for legality over morality. Make no mistake, this whole sorry saga will lead to bitter recriminations for years to come."

Oooft - did you steal his laptop?

Hearts fans saying it’s a “corrupt” decision when their club literally chose a panel member who voted against them.

They are utter moon howlers - thick as pigshit and believe anything the unsuccessful Ann Budge tells them.

Not sure that will continue on Kickback, I’m pretty sure they will all start turning on each other now and the focus will start to be back on Ann Budge and the failings of the club. This was just a distraction and now that’s as good as over the inquisition will start.

It's not listed as a punishment in the SFA rulebook - just fine and/or expulsion.

If you look up that Rangers/embargo case, the SFA's had their knuckles rapped and the embargo overturned because the punishment wasn't explicitly listed in the rulebook. They're not going to do the exact same thing again,

Feck you have dimmed my day had thought points deduction would have been delicious.

Good we have a man on board who reads the rules and have avoided some reward going Hearts way by error.

Intrigued to see the reaction of Tom English to this. He backed the wrong horse from the start, continued to double down at every turn and completely trashed his credibility in Scotland. The findings today make a mockery of his stance the entire way through.

He surely doesn't have anywhere to go now other than admit he was wrong.

What this has proven is that the SPFL carried out all their actions within the law. We never knew this until we got this result. It still does not detract from the fact that Hearts and Partick Thistle have been very unfortunate in the way that they were relegated.

Tom English was very wrong to expect football clubs not to act in complete self interest. We all know what to expect going forward now, no more talk of some bullshit football family.

Disappointing but really glad it's all over now.

I might be wrong here but I think the SFA changed the rules after that to give disciplinary panels more freedom.

Green dot purely for the use of pyrrhic. That is right out of his playbook.

Other notables could  include it being a "Sisyphean task", and that there was no "Damascene conversion".

Surly Hearts fans now must look at Budge and work out what she is doing or in many cases does not know what she is doing
The stand and the family member
The managers, who all appeared hopeless
This case
Payment of players on large wages but very small bonus , hence the last 18 months of poor performance .
There is one person responsible for all this, Does she take a wage from Hearts?

To be fair to JKB there are now some posters who are saying exactly this.

The Hearts statement on this will be interesting to say the least - if they do drop it then a lot of those moon howlers will turn on their board.

No surprise. Hearts humiliated yet again, get it up them.

Will this be enough for them or will they make some attempt to drag this disgrace out yet further?

Either way I hope the SFA comes down hard on them.

They can't Arbitration is final and binding and can only be taken to court again IF there was an error made in law.

In other words, they're shit out of luck!

From a JKB correspondent in relation to the cup semi-final.

"I hope we either don't play or, if we do, stick a bunch of kids out and snap a few legs."

smfh

Should it not be the law profession they boycott as it is there decision?
