When those around you improve but you stay static, you’re trying to justify that as no decline?

Fair enough, but if other countries are capable of it then so are we. And we need to find out why we haven’t been able to (you already know my thoughts on that).

It's not the case, what works in one country will work in another, they're too many moving parts for it all to come together, you can't just point the finger at the coaches.
The SFA need to have a good hard look at themselves for allowing this to go on for so long plus the clubs.
Scotland should be qualifying with the level the players we have, maybe not every major tournament but never after 22 years.

Donald Findlay on Sportsound pointed out that it was standard legal practice to resist discovery motions, because nae c**t wants random strangers fishing through their emails and phone records and web browser history. That doesn't mean anything, except to the 'anything the SPFL does is a masonic/******/anti-Hearts/Illuminati conspiracy' crowd.

Donald Findlay's word has never been so highly respected.  :)

No idea if everything was above board why did they try so hard to keep things under wraps ? It’s all down to the chairperson now, would have preferred the cos to have had this in the open.

The reason they did, as explained by the QC in the CoS hearing, was due to the fact there were a lot of commercially sensitive documents that should not be made public Also that handing the documents over to HMFC & PTFC even if not to be made public might be leaked on line much like their court filing.

You're assuming that the three clubs are paying for their legal costs. It's quite possible that Hearts and Thistle have to foot the bill.

Maybe you and Bonnie Prince Charlie should put your literary skills to good use by writing up a GoFundMe for a sponsored Mount Florida to Tynecastle walk...

I suppose he could do the bullet points on the GFundMe, as long as they were red!

Just another example of how badly hearts have played this.  The longer this goes on the further down the list you go on trustworthiness.  Keep it up and we’ll believe Pinocchio before you.

I usually find that punctuation helps to bring any sentence to life.

I find that writing a string of words together that when you read them they make sense, helps to bring any sentence to life.

Good on you Pars, Stanley Johnson was convinced that none of us could spell that.

It’s not like Doncaster watching midget porn on his work PC is going to brought up at arbitration.
