Anybody know of the timesCale for the resolution of all this nonsense ?. Is there to be an actual court hearing ?,  potential appeals ?.

It all seems never ending

From the BBC article:

"The SPFL have until Tuesday to respond and Hearts and Thistle have asked for an expedited hearing.

The court will either decree they have jurisdiction to adjudicate or will decide it is a matter for the SPFL."

I am not sure whether the court will also decide by tomorrow whether they need to get involved or not.

David Winnie covered it all on Sportsound the other day.

Doubt it will go to court, a settlement would be my guess. I hope it involves 14 teams.

Staggering we can reach this stage and Hearts fans still dont understand that reconstruction cant be forced through.

To be fair, MegaRichJambos isn't a Hearts fan. Just some random on a second account having a wee giggle to himself at the replies he's getting.

It would be glorious if the Judge considered only Partick Thistle had been treated unfairly and imposed 12/12/10/10 though.

It's testament to the sheer twattery we've seen from Hearts fans that he's getting any bites at all. The bar is pretty low, so he doesn't seem like that much of a caricature.

Amusingly, Thistle's case is actually better than Hearts' one; they're disputing a vote which didn't end the Premiership season early but ended the three lower tiers. The SFPL might impress on the judge that Hearts assented to the season end decision (the unfair action that they claim hurt them) and did so knowing what they claim they didn't know at the earlier vote. They harmed themselves, essentially. There's a very slim chance Hearts get relegated and Thistle don't.

I don't think it would be a 12/12/10/10 - nobody's asking for that. It would be a case of the current league structure, but with only partial relegation/promotion.

Don't read tabloids if I can avoid it thanks.

Are you able to answer?

Are you just here to try and tell us "little people" we are all wrong and the only correct opinion is yours?

Are these leagues continuing?

Are these areas under "control" of Hollyrood which so far has NOT given permission for football to restart playing matches.

It works for him on Kickback, which shows he needs to get out more, and see real life outside of his tinted maroon specs. These kickback posters gather up all their unchallenged "facts", then come on to an open forum thinking they'll post all these "facts" and nobody will be able to challenge them.

This nugget wont even answer any challenges and just keeps posting more unsubstantiated "facts" in a robotic way, it's like he can't comprehend what he's read on kickback, and been brainwashed into believing, might not actually be true.

It may well break him to admit he's wrong on everything he's posting.

The Premiership had to eventually call it as it stood too though, you'd think they'd only have had a case if the top flight managed to complete their season, saying their own league should've been given the opportunity to do the same.
