You're right, it would be Hamilton that Hearts would want relegated instead of themselves. And I'd be fascinated to hear how they would try to justify it.

Eh how about talking to the other teams in your league and getting something sorted out? The way they have written it sounds like billy big baws pish. 'We are entitled to feel rage about this injustice' You can tell this statement had words in bold and underlined in the first draft.

"carnage" 3 clubs relegated....................... Most of Europe? Over 50 countries never finished their leagues. Only four are finishing theirs.

Or even just their last one by 2 goals...
the west curve
Is it not about time we had another statement from Sevco? They are usually great for a laugh.

Lee Van Tee
At this rate it's only a matter of time before Jambos start using the A word. I'm talking Armageddon. At least Falkirk are good for some laughs, imagining themselves as some kind of big club.
Lofarl
I don’t see why they can’t reconstruct from the championship downward. Then no other club will get relegated apart from Hearts. Which is the real reason we’ve done this anyway, so that’d be funny.

DeeTillEhDeh
Oh dear, they aren't taking it well. Thinly veiled threats now. They'd probably get batted just as badly off the park as on it.The guy has seriously lost the plot.
DeeTillEhDeh
Relegated 6/7 matches before a season was finished, who had a game in hand over QOTS & will go into a division that might be mothballed. All of which was enabled by an incompetent voting process by the SPFL. That seem fair to you?
btb
I'm pretty sure if the SPFL reckoned their was much chance of Hertz winning their case they'd have ensured reconstruction occurred

Sarto Mutiny
I must admit, I am struggling to see on what basis Hearts are appealing. I am following a thread on Twitter from Andrew Tickell (feed here) which seems to suggest they will attempt to get a judicial review, which seems rather unlikely to succeed to me. But as always with the law, if you ask ten lawyers you'll probably get ten different answers.
DeeTillEhDeh
If Hearts go to the courts presumably they would sit out of both leagues until a decision was made next March then play a game a day in whichever league until they catch up.They were sitting out of the SPFL Premiership for most of this season.
RandomGuy.
Apparently Neil McCann is favourite to take over at Hearts, as Stendel has a release clause due to relegation and has decided to walk away. Outstanding work by Budge.
