No I am comparing a finished stadium with an unfinished one.

Are you trying to compare fictional bungs with real ones from yer man Anderson?

What’s the story with bungs and your stadium?

I’ll agree that Dundee’s stadium is finished.

That not what Ann Budge did in order to give the building contract of your new stand to someone she knows?

Personally, I wouldn't have spoken about it to anybody other than McLennan/Doncaster and I would have triggered it weeks ago. I think AB is way too trusting* - which as a human being is a great thing , but as a Chairwoman swimming with sharks, is a weakness.
*e.g. trusting her brother with the stand, trusting Levein could turn things round, trusting how other clubs said they would vote, trusting that the recon panel was serious. And now trusting that Doncaster will get recon?

For trust read poor judgment.
This is what she seems to display at every turn.

What are you slavering about now?

You say Dundee took a bung for a change in vote, when the only real bung has come from the Hearts corner.

Keep on digging Stanislav...you’re just making a tit of yourself!

I for one (and I imagine many others) would rather spend time in Dens Park, a proper ground with a bit of character and charm than Tynecastle, a soul-less polished turd dropped slap bang in Gorgie filled with idiots and inhabited by the ghost of Chuckie’s maw.

The best atmospheric stadium in Scotland.

A proper ground haha. The socialist in you comes to the fore. The professional kink in the main stand is humorous.

You love the kink in our stadium, back in 1986 you loved being whipped.

You comfortable wearing another Scottish teams strip?

Each to their own I suppose.

Very comfortable. Sure they are practically the same. Macron know the story... #HiDeealliance

You seem a bit bitter johnny. It was a horrible day but an incredible season. I suppose if I was a dundee fan I’d have to look at other clubs misfortune to get any enjoyment at all.

Bloody hell I didn’t realise hibs had won the Scottish cup more than you. Wow.

I didn’t say the best atmospheric stadium did I? I personally think that’s Somerset Park. With a decent crowd in the shed at the Railway end it’s a fantastic atmosphere

Dens is however a decent ground with a bit of history. That kink is one of the quirks, and is a testament to a fantastic bit of architectural design by Archibald Leitch so it ran parallel with the road and to maximise capacity. Genius for the time.

Not that you would know, your club had a nice Leitch stand and decided to tear it down and replace it at great expense (with money you don’t really have) with a stand you’re unlikely to need as a Championship club!

Your stadium finished yet?

When I think of Tynecastle Park I also think of Gaudi's Basilica dela Sagrada Família in Barcelona, another unfinished masterpiece.

Already the best but happy to wait for future enhancements. ^_^

No offence but I don’t mind engaging with johnny and the others but you’ve got the intelligence of Gary O’Connor so I’m not going to respond anymore.

Ha, the irony of a Hearts fan still going on about 1986 calling anyone ‘bitter’ is lost on you isn’t it?

“Pot, kettle, racial remarks” springs to mind.

😂 Gutted.

I didn't ask you to respond in the first place.

I think you should read the posts correctly instead of letting hatred mist your view.

I don't think many people understand Ross County's position, or what MacGregor has already come out and pledged to County fans.

This shit show has run on for months, far too long. The Premiership is scheduled to start in only a couple of weeks. If these plans/schemes/suggestions carry any serious benefits to our game then let's discuss them through so we get it right.

If this 14-10-10-10 is so good and addresses all our issues, then let's introduce it, after PROPER consultation, the following season.

Is a 26 game season then having 8 clubs in a relegation play off really a good thing, why not 8 in the top group with 6 playing off for relegation?

How will relegation work in a bigger league, 1 or 2 automatic places? Will there still be a promotion/relegation play off with the championship and between other divisions?

How will the 11-1 vote be amended, 13-1 or to a straight majority 8-6?

What about the redistribution of prize money, at the moment 14 place (2nd in the Championship) gets less than 500k, will that increase, where will that increase come from, the prize money for 1st place maybe??

Also what about a parachute payment, will the club relegated in 14 receive anything or will they be expected to just absorb the huge drop off in income that relegation will cause?

These are topics that require discussion, and it's only prudent that club chairmen find out what are the answers to these, plus probably many more, questions.

Going back to the case of Ross County and MacGregor, i believe a big factor will be the introduction of Brora to the league as Roy and the club have strong bonds with Brora and the Highland League and to see them denied the opportunity to be promoted will be a factor. But Brora are a very good team in the HL and will no doubt be in contention of winning it again in the next few years.

I just don't see why everyone should throw our current system away and rewrite the whole league structure, without proper discussion and answers to many questions. The time line we have just doesn't allow this to happen, before the new fixture list is published in two or three weeks.

This has to be the best post on this entire thread. Well constructed, well thought out, no aggression towards other posters, no piss taking, just valid point after valid point. Great work Frank.
