How many separate times has Budge been "head" of creating a reconstruction plan?

Once. And she wasn't allowed to present their findings. Which whether you like Hearts or not, is ridiculous seeing as it comprised of 15 clubs.

This proposal is just from her, she's not the head of anything.

She needs another two clubs to back the proposal.

The last time she showed them to the Premiership clubs and they said - nah.

Which is why she didnt formally table them - but to say she wasnt allowed to present them is not true.

She's the only person looking at it, it's not a group, she's not the head of anything.

Her previous talks weren't entertained, she's not had two chances at anything. It's not a chance if you do the work and can't present an option.

They didn't have any proposals finalised to present, it's not like they missed a deadline. They just said don't bother love, it's naw.

The power of words. The more you look at it the more it sounds insane.

who gave her the go ahead? To plot?

Temporary? no chance.

Whoever told her to go plot a temporary change to the entire league system must have been sniggering behind her back.

Shes contacting other clubs, getting their ideas and trying to build a reconstruction plan out of it. It's literally exactly the same as the "working group" she was head of before.

This isn't a reconstruction group, it's that simple.  This is driven by Budge, rightly or wrongly, but it's different from the original group.

Also, the first group was created as part of the vote of the original resolution to end the league.  If teams voted for it, reconstruction would be looked at.  It would've went ahead with or without Budge.  As it stands it was kiboshed without having a full proposal and completely against the spirit of how it was agreed.

We'll clearly not agree so I'm not dragging it on, but you can't say she's had two shots at it when the first wasn't properly entertained.

She's been fannying around bringing one scenario after another, and still hasn't got one tabled properly. She must've known the last idea wouldn't fly, but it's all about Hearts surviving and she's either too blinkered, or too stupid to see it isn't going to get voted through by the majority of other clubs.

She never showed the plans to the premiership clubs. She advised talks were going well with lower league clubs by by no means complete.  She then said she'd send an update on the progress after the meeting. The premiership clubs  then said it doesn't matter as we'll not back it and voted without looking at the work they'd done.

This was in Budge's statement, and no other clubs contradicted it so I'll assume it's true.

The first time she failed, so shes now having a second go.

It wouldnt be entertained if it was Hamilton, but Hearts are trying to bully clubs into it, hence the numerous threats about legal action.

St Johnstone said they only decided after a Friday meeting to vote against it, as they didnt want it to be temporary. She clearly proposed something.

The sooner you lot are relegated the better. That way you can all piss off to the championship thread as all the Hearts posters bore the tits off me with their constant persecution complex.

It needs to get wrapped up.  It was embarrassing enough for her the first time and I'm not sure what difference she expects in a fortnight.

I don't disagree with this tbh.  She's incredibly unlikely to convince anyone so get it proposed and we can move on.

To the courtroom 😏

Of course she did.

The other CEOs and chairs are not so rude as to simply ignore Budges calls or ideas.

The problem - for Budge - was that the idea / proposal wasnt acceptable to the Prem clubs so the group went no further.

Who thinks Hearts are being persecuted? I don't particularly think it's fair, I also don't think it's happening because it's Hearts.
