Pitch is top class, changing rooms, brought in new youth teams, new stands, floodlights etc. No doubting that currently they'll need the financial backing from the owner to make these things happen but they seem to have a long term strategy. they are also trying to engage with the community as much as possible. Lets be honest nobody likes when a club comes along and starts doing better than their own club, Fergie didn't like it when Chelsea and Man City could go and outspend them, but surely it only improves the profile of the league.
