The original question was about them using Dam Park on a Friday, when the first team may be at home the following day. The pitch can be rather heavy to say the least. The Facebook post announcing the application to join the u20 league states "with the club looking to secure Dam Park as the venue for its home matches".

Unlikely to be an issue outwith the athletics season, but I don't know whether Ayr Seaforth use the stadium on a Friday at any time.
Seasiders Youth
Dam Park is the most expensive pitch hire in Ayrshire. It’s over £100 just to get them to put the floodlights on!

Even if it's simply waiting until the first teams of the Lowland area leagues have produced their fixture lists. Which will allow the fixture secretary for the development league to work around those dates. Sorry. kl, we've all done it now and then I get your views and understand them but that post threw me as I couldn't fathom what connection to Lowland Development league it had. The only thing is that the development secretary who is dealing with the fixture dates wont really make a difference to him/her as games for the seniors and U20s are on different days. I do suspect however come near the end of season when possible midweek games then this will make a difference and the development secretary will have to check the fixture lists of the seniors. Anyways I heard theres a zoom meeting on Thursday for the Development league with the clubs who have applied so far, on the day of the final date of applications to join. Nothing is guaranteed until after June the 15th deadline for applications. They were in the 2nd tier "Championship" league (I detest that name). When the league games finished they were sitting in 3rd place.
