Andy groundhopper Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 From my experience down here in Bristol, the councils are helpful - the maintenance is usually tendered out , then they don't bother. Community groups tend to do well, getting grants etc. Most clubs get the pre-built stands, covers, they're ok.
