Andy groundhopper
After the unsociable events at Bellshill etc suppose it's a good thing to have cctv, , if only to catch the idiots involved. Really like the majority of Scottish non lge grounds, hope the improvements are appreciated.

Andy groundhopper
Excellent stuff happening in Scotland, I take it for granted down in England that there will be lights, cover, and seating at grounds from the Hellenic upwards - if that can happen within say 5 years, then a massive amount of progress being made. Hopefully I can get back up north asap.
The clean living guy
Gartcairn have planning permission now for 3 stands with a capacity of just under 200 according to their academy twitter account. With a bit of luck these will go up quickly.
Gartcairn Army
Gartcairn will finally be able to host clubs in style this season, Jumping through all sort of hoops with the council we have finally been able to put down a brand new surface, new fixed goals (Ladeside will be delighted to hear) corner flags, 2 brand new dugouts and 200 seats over 3 stands, we also have floodlights. The club are now (with planning permission still to be confirmed) upgrading both home and away changing areas and having a hospitality area for all visiting clubs. We have also heavily invested in thermal imaging cameras to help protect all players, staff and visitors at MTC Park. We look forward to hosting you all!

Andy groundhopper
Brilliant work Neilston, makes such a difference. Wonder if they could install seats and whereabouts they would go ? Next to the covered side ? Gartcairn sounds great, must pay them a visit asap, all grounds coming up to a really good standard.
Marten
Looks good, that's definitely making a difference compared to when I was there, although I already liked the ground! Edited September 10, 2020 by Marten
