Did some work, but feeling even more ineffectual than usual in that regard.

Did some shopping for my parents and their neighbours which took ages because I didn't know where any of the weird stuff they wanted was meant to be.

The highlight was probably doing fifteen keepy uppies with a toilet roll.

Hope you bought it, then, cos they're in short supply, you know.

Watched 6 episodes from series 1 of Game of Thrones.
Its not too bad but its not as good as it was all cracked up to be

It gets better and better, season after season, and then it dies on its arse.

eta worth watching though.

GoT is brilliant.  The characters get better and better as does the storyline (up to the last series).

Also, apart from the last series, the start was written with the end in mind.

A childhood mate is a professor of English literature. I messaged him the other day, for his list of all time top 10 books. Managed to get them all ordered, along with a new pair of slippers and a 1000 piece jigsaw off amazon for £92. I had an £80 voucher I got from my work, so cost me the grand total of £12. I’m home tomorrow so lockdown will begin!

Can you list the books? I was going to do something similar.
