The COVID-19 Business Boycott Thread

Recommended Posts

Post your links to businesses acting unethically by sacking their staff, price gouging, hoarding, forcing non essential staff to go in and so on and so forth so we know who to run into the ground once this crisis is over.

Rules: Reputable news sources & no backtracking just because the press noticed, leopards don't change their spots.

I'll update this periodically so all entries are listed in this post.

Might as well boycott everyone. By the time this is over, the amount of companies who haven’t done something we don’t like will be in single figures.

Easyjet. They want staff to take a three month unpaid break whilst paying out £174m to shareholders. On top of that, they're wanting taxpayer money

Nah, there are companies that have quite clearly acted like c***s, it's not like there will be no companies left, the bad will be replaced by new and hopefully better ones.

Trying to resist. Trying to resist. Can’t resist. Just can’t.... cannot boycott them, two wongs don’t make..... I’m frankly disappointed in myself.

The butchers "Mckaskies" in Wemyss bay.

Started selling 50ml bottles of hand sanitiser for £7.99 and sold out of them.

Absolute knob head behaviour

Possibly for another thread, but TGI Friday's are closing for three months but paying their staff in full over the period. As one of their employees I'm hefty relieved.

Good c***s.
