Ozturk’s one smashes the crossbar, bounces down and then hits the net. Griffiths and Shaw have likewise hit the crossbar, only for it to bounce over the line and spin backwards, meaning the goals weren’t given. I know everybody does this with their rivals, but Hearts objectively get a lot of luck sometimes in derbies. That's true. However, you have to be prepared to hit and hope sometimes in order to get lucky. Hearts often got lucky in derbies because they always felt like they had some kind of upper hand, which resulted in them taking on chances that we would otherwise turn down. Although, times have changed big time. It's now our players, our fans and our club that feel like they have the upper hand. So we're now the team more likely to take on hit and hope chances that Hearts won't have the confidence to do. Which as we know, is quite often the difference between winning and losing a derby.

As long as you endured watching the videos, that’s the main thing btw Griffiths’ shot was never over the line. Everyone knows that.

No one is claiming we are good, but we aren't losing many either. Hibs are 6th, were taken to a replay by a championship side and have dropped points to St Mirren and Livingston at home this year. As I say, Hibs are favourites, dunno why they'd expect to be pumping us though. Couldn't even beat Sevco's boys and haven't beaten us at home in 2 years. 3-0 Hibs.

Tony Wonder
They are doing away with player handshakes tonight because of the Coronavirus. Surely that's a futile action when you've got 20,000 in close proximity screaming and spitting over each other?

They did away with that after the 2-2 draw in the cup to set up the money spinning replay when Hibs eventually went up to win the scottish cup(you weren't there) because that wee manky Nicholson was grabbing his baws when he scored the second Hearts goal.

Zing.
Feels like the kind of Derby that the yams will turn up and scrape an undeserved win.

Ten outfield players in a big huddle / piling on top of each other / group hug. Maybe someone puts both their hands behind the scorers head, and they go forehead to forehead in celebration. This coronavirus bullshit is absolutely fcuking unbelievable. FFS.
gannonball
Hibs should boss this in the middle of the park. ETA - certainly wouldn’t have said that at the start of the season for Hibs against anyone. Edited March 3, 2020 by gannonball

accies1874
That's nasty as f**k. The linesman was right next to it but might have looked away considering the ball was out.
