Have you seen the weather today in Glasgow?

If it’s as shite as it is outside my house then it’s not great.

But that just adds to the chaos factor, and the chaos factor is an important part of a cup tie.

Thats true - but you said you thought we would get 2 cracking cup ties.

IMO, the weather today means ours is basically a lottery, and the pitch will be a tattie field by tomorrow for the Dons v Celtic match.

I suspect we might have "intriguing" matches, but cracking? I have my doubts.

Lotteries are fun though, that’s part of their appeal.

I’ve no doubt these games will be called intriguing, especially if Rory Hamilton is commentating for Premier. He’s never watched a football game yet that he didnt think was worthy of that description.

I’m not expecting world class football or anything, just two games where both teams have a right good go and the outcome is close. If we get that, then I will consider these games to have been “cracking”

I'm starting to get excited about it, but my enthusiasm is tempered  by the likelihood that the game is just too soon for us.

Not against Wighton starting, but not sure he's best out wide which is where that looks like he is.  Shame Ginnelly never even made the bench.  Naismith and Haring are good options if it's tight though.

Is that Newell on the left for Hibs?

ETA: get naming the lineup in order of the squad numbers to f**k.

Think ours will be 3-5-2.

Really? Does that mean McGinn CH and Boyle wing back?

They've played that for most of their league games this season.

Understandable you've not noticed that though, tbf.
