pozbaird
Was having a conversation with someone, and I maintained that our 1987 winning team is (as things stand) the last all-Scottish winning team. Also, we were the last team to be allowed to leave Hampden with the original cup. Subsequent finals have seen the original whipped away after the presentation, to be replaced with a replica. Any truth in this? I also thought the 1987 final marked the last time a final at Hampden featured something - cannot remember what it was. Terracing? The old changing rooms? The old square goalposts was it? I seem to remember something being mentioned. Edited February 29, 2020 by pozbaird

Saint Shug
Passed by the ground at 1.30pm and the Aberdeen team bus was already there. They do know the kick off time don’t they?

Don’t know if they stay there all the time before games in the central belt.

If I were a buddie or a neutral, I'd be lumping on St. Mirren. Very good odds imo.
Jacksgranda
Aye, I'd be happy with a draw. Mind you, there's no guarantee we'd win the replay.

You may well be correct about the replica too. When we won it, it wasn't until about an hour before the open bus top parade on the Sunday that they found where the cup was as everyone had been so pished the night before. They were quite relieved when they phoned my parent's house and found it had spent the night there. DrewDon
I'm not too surprised or disappointed with that line-up, but I'm not sure about Campbell, Ojo and Ferguson all on the pitch at the same time unless Logan and Campbell are playing as wing-backs.
