I’ll give you that, the trophy will surely be as impressive as the accolade itself. clashcityrocker
Dundee have only ever played 3 games at Dens on 29th Feb - today would have been only the 4th time in their history. The match being postponed is annoying - it's a decent day for the match. Both sets of fans are unhappy about this - but those at Dens who are responsible for monitoring the pitch surely need to provide some answers - was the pitch covered in the days leading up to the match ? Why was there a problem with drainage not working ? Would assume a lot on income has been lost on hospitality and a mid week match won't attract the same numbers.
ravabelli
Can’t remember Dens being notorious for flooding or that many games being off over the years. This to me seems to be a more recent problem but hardly a surprise with the amateurish way the clubs run
johnnydun
Pffft it's a waterlogged pitch in Scotland, in the winter. Happens every year to lots of clubs, I don't know what the big deal is TBH.
Mexico
Don't really see where you're going with this tbh.You love your pitch and think it’s class, as do many professionals apparently. And I don’t, basically regard Dens as average in every regard, pretty much like most fans, it’s that simple. I reckon I’d be in the majority but it’s fine, the PFA make me silly which is ok because I don’t give a shit what they say. It’s that simple, we will probably both sleep soundly tonight.

Daydream
In the last 30 odd years? I think we will have to agree to disagree then, it’s not widely though of, in my opinion of course. It is well known among the bigger teams in Scotland. Tbf to you your team have been rattling around the lower leagues for decades so you’re forgiven for not being au fait with things.

Chewing Taffies
Don't know why the Poles are getting so upset - they have escaped another routine pumping at Dens. In fact the wee tinkies haven't beaten us anywhere in a competitive game since 1979. FACT. -
