This is an accusation I would also throw at Disney and Netflix, tbf. I'd always say Iplayer has the best interface which is a bit weird considering I'd imagine the private corps would spend a lot more on it. I don't mind Netflix but I never find anything on it, i probably spend an extra 3 or 4 minutes searching on it over Amazon before I end up going for Con Air on DVD... They were well ahead of the game but the Government thought it would constrain competition, from America.. These are two of the most popular websites in the world, but the interfaces are just dreadful.
