Is that on any of the streaming services?

Watched it years ago when it was out  but I have not had a repeat watch since.

Wouldn't day it was better but was certainly criminally overlooked.

no free to stream in the UK at the moment according to https://www.justwatch.com/uk/tv-series/southland

The thing for me was how authentic it was, they used real residents and real gang members for their crowd scenes, to the extent it kicked off a few times during filming.

Both good but Southland was better.

I watched the first series (not sure if I finished it) at stupid o'clock on ch4 many moons ago and really enjoyed it even though I was put off slightly by the boy from the O.C will have to go back and start it again

3rd watch is another one I'll have to revisit

Started watching The Shield. Kurt Sutter loves casting himself as a deranged criminal pervert in his own shows, doesn't he?

If Billy Connolly and David Foster Wallace had a baby...

He also writes the more perverted storylines!

Clarksons Farm

Jeremy Clarkson blunders his way through running the farm he's owned for years following the retiral of the original real farmer. Fairly predictable and like Top Gear with tractors. Enjoyable and worth a watch IMO.

It’s okay.  He comes across as, you’d expect, cocksure but amiable enough.

Clarkson's Farm is (I've found) quite educational. I never knew why crop fields had big tyre tracks in them until now. He's turned down the nonsense a fair bit and it's a good show. Just watched the one with all the lambs being born - both happy and sad.
