From where I'm sat it looked like he'd just had the ball smashed against him. There was a cluster of players in the way though.

I'm watching on RedTV and he does extend his leg to block the free-kick - I don't think there can be too many complaints about it, unfortunately. I think his first one was on the harsh side, though - nothing area of the pitch, first foul and he didn't book McKenna for an objectively worse one ten minutes previous.

Stupid if that's the case. This was his chance and he was having a good game.
