cookieboy
Is there any chance of any games being on this week
Jambo'ness
Games scheduled for artificial surfaces have a chance but I honestly wouldn't want to watch a game on a sinking grass surface with a gale-force wind affecting it further. Maybe I'm getting old? Don't worry, I'm not about to advocate Summer football.
HibeeJibee
Broxburn, Dunipace, Leith and perhaps Hawick games are on 3G. (If we're including LL: then also Cumbernauld, East Stirlingshire and Spartans)... It would be very rare for there to be a full wipe-out of the non-league card. Last season the only weekends which came close were December 15th when only Dunipace v Haddington started but was abandoned (BSCG, EK, Gala and Edusport were played)... February 2nd when only Leith v Hawick was played (plus Edusport)... March 16th when only St Andrews v Broxburn and Tweedmouth v Musselburgh, both on grass, were played (plus BSCG and East Stirlingshire). Closest was actually this season on November 30th when no games went ahead at EOS clubs (Berwick and Kelty played). Unsure of last "total wipeout". Years ago? Ultimately wind and rain doesn't stop you playing unless the ball can't be grounded or the pitch is waterlogged, unless travel is hampered. junglehenry
Not a chance Saughton Enclosure will be on. Oakley's parked was brutal last week as it is without more rain.

Edit: we have an answer: Sadly the Peebles park has at times been no better than that at Hawick for flooding, or becoming reduced to a consistency of blamange. Several years ago it got swamped by the Tweed:
