The Caley v Rangers under 17s

There are a couple of points which jump out on the back of that SFA statement.

1) RE: the panel member who didn't didn't take all evidence into consideration (yeah, sure that panel member exists...).  Did that panel member also decide on the other appeals decided upon that day?   If so are they to be reviewed as well or is it just this one they failed to look at?

2) There is still at least 1 person on that panel who believed it was a dive

Two questions for the P&B intelligentsia:

When did it become available to challenge a yellow card decision?

Who were the personnel on the review panel? My understanding is that it is chaired by a lawyer with an ex-ref and another member from within football e.g. a former player.

You can challenge yellow cards for diving, and also if there is mistaken identity (in which case it is transferred to the player who should have been booked).

Precedent set for when they f**k up similar decisions in the future. I doubt this is the first time this has happened either.

Yep. Celtic are still mystified why Josh Meekings was not sent off in the Scottish Cup semi final, for the most blatant hand ball ever seen in Scottish football.

Nice to see a wee team getting it right up the SFA.

While the SFA are righting that wrong, they should also be banning the Newco player for unsporting behaviour for applauding the ref decision.

There's a can of worms that absolutely no club will have any interest in opening.

Because it wasn't a handball?

Has this panel member actually held his hands up or have the SFA thrown some anonymous lawyer under a bus.  Are they really saying they would have left things as they are if they hadn’t discovered this discrepancy.

Some other boy has voted to reject the appeal, does he get to stay in the pool of panellists.

Aye, I think any club who has an appeal fail will try and create as big of storm as they can on social media to see if the SFA will back the panel or not.

Have you not been watching the OF use that tactic to influence the appeals panel, cutting out any need for messy backtracking.

Fans like you are not missed from the game. You won't be happy til there are leprechauns dancing at half time and the food stands are selling bobby sands pizza which when you open the shit smeared box is empty.

What a typical xenophobic Caley mobster statement to make.

Need your eyes checked son. Perfect header.
Now why wasn't the Celtic sub keeper sent off for clearing out ofere when the ball had long since left...
Conspiracy I tell ya
