Hayshead
This is madness. That's the rain on now as well. Forecast for rain to get worse and wind to stay much the same. Should be called off NOW!!!
ASC1878
Call it off now instead of abandoning the game
afc_36_0
Agree, get this called off especially for travelling fans
19QOS19
Please call it off so we don't have to listen to AJ blaming the conditions for our inevitable shitshow of a performance.
19QOS19
Agree, get this called off especially for travelling fansI expect our supporters buses will be around Dundee by now so it'll be a shitter for them at this stage regardless.
HoBNob
Wouldn't shock me if Arbroath try and keep it on, the wind is a great leveller.
Highlandmagyar 2nd Tier
Ridiculous that this game hasn't been postponed. It's a hell of a travel from Dumfries to Arbroath and back in these conditions.

AFC360PUNK1320
The thing is the wind can change anytime and if the supporters and team are in Arbroath they had be as well wait until 1:30pm'ish to make a decision. Also you will have a capacity AFC Hospitality who i would guess are in local boozers just now hoping the game is on. I have just finished cutting the grass and imo it is just a slight breeze and a spit of rain, that's the difference nowadays in the 70's/80's there would never be an issue and everybody would just get on with it but then again this is the V.A.R. age. C'Mon the Red Lichties.

Fae_the_'briggs
That's one supporters bus just arrived in Arbroath, another left Dumfries an hour earlier, 8am, so they'll have been here a while. Not looking too promising but hopefully it goes ahead, we've got enough midweek travelling yet as it is. Hammerafc
The club can't call the match off though, has to be an official.
