He moved to the floria area, maybe it’s all planned.

Was listening to Danial Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks on the MTS podcast earlier and they said that Tampa’s offence has a lot of deep balls to stretch the field and Rivers at this point in his career doesn’t have the arm for it. By going to Indy he will also play 9 games indoors (8 in Indy, 1 in Houston) which he would probably prefer

Colts apparently the number 1 contenders for him

Could make sense, as much as it was a shock to Brissett to find out he was the starter days before the season started, he had almost a full season under his belt when Luck was injured previously. He certainly struggled for much of the season.
Makes a lot of sense, good O line, coaches he's worked with before, and a team ready to challenge. Probably the only contender he's likely to get to, other options will be looking to bring him in as a bridge guy.

I think Tampa would be a good move as well, Arians has a proven track record with old QBs.

Winston does so many good things, but he is an interception waiting to happen. Playing mostly indoors or in the sunshine are probably the only places Rivers would want to go.

Redskins release Jordan Reed. He wants to keep playing, but is still in concussion protocol SIX MONTHS after a hit to the head in a preseason game, his seventh documented concussion.

Surely no team takes that risk with his health?

We will always have December 2015.   A fit Reed makes the WR position obsolete.

Although he is not in protocol anymore.  You cannot release without settlement injured players.  The guy needs to retire though, or he's not going to remember the name of his kids by the age of 35.

Bruce Arians was very non committal when asked at the combine about Jameis Winston's future at the Buccs yesterday. He was asked about both the QB and OLB Shaq Barrett and this was his reply.

"Yes. One is the sack leader. They’re hard to find and I know he wants to be in this defense. The other is an unknown quantity to me still. Five thousand yards and (33) touchdowns is awesome. Thirty interceptions ... can we win with Jameis? Hell yeah. There’s no doubt.

As a head coach you have to decide, is there a better option?"

He also mentioned how they would be able to start talking to free agents in the next couple of days. Newton, Rivers and Brady all possibilities.
