Going to be a tasty one this weekend game of the weekend. Tony did a great job at pollok so will be interesting to see the reception. Going to go for a nock 2-1 win to steer us up the table.

Cumnock always play well and give us a tough game at Newlandsfield so expecting no different tomorrow

Is it true that Pollok contacted Rentokil about sponsoring tomorrow’s game due to an expected rat problem?

Tony did a great job at pollok no need for this comment. He is now at a big club

What a performance. Bring on the coal stealers on Tuesday. Fancy us big time after today, get at Lyle pope we can win comfy.

A performance?!!Cumnock were very poor against a second string Lok outfit and scraped an injury time winner in a very very poor match where a draw would have been accurate.Cumnock always raise their game at Newlandsfield after usually being very poor at home.Cumnock will end up lower half of the table as usual and wee Tony won’t have done anything to change that.

We couldn't buy a win prior to Tony Mac coming in, throwing away silly goals every game. The way we were playing I don't think any Cumnock man would have expected Tony to get us up around mid table by the end of the season, only that he avoids relegation and builds for next season. Think that's about five clean sheets in the last six weeks.

Looking at the teams yesterday I thought Polloks 1st 11 and players on the bench looked pretty strong but again you seem to come up short given the ability Pollok have to entice players to the club.

lok team     fraser suspended     esplin & gallacher rested   1 booking each away from qf suspension  forde hendry barron coutts injured

not counting mcgregor who was injured in a pre season friendly

sideserf left back played centre half

mcmillan right back played centre midfield

mckenzie left back hasn't played for months

mclaughlin centre back hasnt played in weeks

evans right back played centre last few games back to right back

no actual midfielder played

g mccann duff morton all wingers playing in midfield

dallas russell on bench both clearly not match fit

shambolic lok formation  not helped by the conditions

both teams tried hard with no end product

except for a shelvey effort in the 1st half well saved  nowt happened

and he cant play in the cup as he is cup tied
