Falkirk v Hearts - 8th of Feb

They made an arse of things with the way they've released the tickets. There should've been a season ticket holders only sale for 2-3 days with 2 tickets per ST holder, then just release them all for general sale. They're going to have a rush on remaining south stand tickets when they get released, season ticket holders have already bought "other" seats and there will be people moaning that the South Stand was sold out so they've had to buy for the main stand earlier this week.

I don't mind the holding of ST seats so much but that could have ended on Saturday and then release the rest.

I thought the whole ticket process was straightforward and self explanatory.  I dont understand what the issue is...

The club have already had to put out requests for season tickets who bought incorrectly to get in touch with them

That's down to people not reading the press release correctly. Was perfectly obvious that season ticket holders had until.today to purchase a ticket using their season.  Not the clubs fault imo

Aye, but because it's open seating, many STH didn't buy against their season, they just bought a ticket. When showing on the website how many seats were available, the club were showing the season ticket as unavailable as well as the seat that the STH had purchased because they didn't know that it was a STH that had bought the seat.

It's likely that you'll see a few seats being available in the SS after the STH deadline tonight.

Now 335 seats available in the SS.
