NEW MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT [emoji1327]‍♂️[emoji7][emoji835][emoji836][emoji469]

Beith Juniors are delighted to welcome our new Management Team of Bryan Young, assisted by Derek McCulloch and Chris Friel.

Butch was one of the most decorated players in Junior Football, Del needs no introduction to The Mighty fans and Chris worked with Butch coaching Pollok Youths. They will be in charge as of Monday coming.

We are sure that all Beith fans will get right behind what is a bold and exciting appointment, but firstly, and most importantly, support Stevie, Deco, Tam and the players in our Scottish Cup tie tomorrow.

Big rebuild for beith juniors next season.

John miller obviously had a lot of pulling power in attracting players.

Last 10/15 years they have enjoyed great success that comes with lots of expectations from fans so tough gig for a rookie manager.

Will be interesting to see what transpires at beith .

Don’t you worry about beith you just continue to slate hard working teams with your drivel you popped upped 3 weeks ago with a new name and all you have done is disrespect hard working committees and teams

Tough rebuilding job at beith for sure will probably take them a good while to get back to where they once were but no reason why they cant eventually .

We will see a lot of the vital pieces are still there and with a new management team now fully in place I’m sure we will be ready when we eventually get to play football again

Was speaking to a long time supporter and he was saying his group of beith fans impression is the club are scaling back the playing budget and concentrating on off field matters and getting that in order in turn smaller playing budget, lose the very successful manager and replace him with an ex top player who is a rookie and is willing to work under said conditions.

We will see as the club won’t announce signings til the club can officially sign them as usual there is rumours here and there but we will all find out when all the new boys are unveiled in 2 weeks time it’s not just beith there is plenty clubs who will be streamlining there budgets especially now if you win the league you need to be able to get a license to get promoted so we will all see what happens plus you don’t know when we are actually going to be able to play a game again so teams need to cut there cloth accordingly

Underwhelming signings for beith so far guess its to be expected given money will no doubt be earmarked for elsewhere.

Not as underwhelming as your posts under your countless different names, you clearly have no knowledge of junior football with your observation about Beith and their signings, Beith are going about their business in a professional manner with a new manager that's brought an enthusiasm and energy to the job this I'm sure will be reflected upon the team on the pitch in the coming seasons, but thanks for your concern but save it for the clubs and teams that need it.

Butch learned his trade under the very best so he'll know all about the value of teamwork over individualism. If he's got Tucker's eye for spotting gems that nobody else is interested in down the leagues he'll put together a semi decent squad. Sounds like some folk are expecting results straight away. Worth remembering when Tucker came to Talbot he had to save them from relegation in the first season, and then another three seasons before the 2006 Double. It was then three more seasons before they lifted the Junior Cup again to set them off on their current run of success.

Cut Butch some slack, let him make the odd mistake, and am sure success will come - but probably not as quickly as some fans seem to want.
