St Mirren v Aberdeen 26/01/20 1230ko

Right result I think, Aberdeen had all the ball and didnt even have a proper chance.

St Mirren could quite happily draw their way to 10th.

FT 0-0

Pretty tough watch second half, very scrappy from both teams. We were hanging on a bit at the end there but overall a fair result and a decent point for us. 4 points from our 3 games against Aberdeen is a good return.

Thought the 2 centre halves Famewo and McCarthy did well. Considering neither have much experience and only met a few weeks ago they’re developing a good partnership. They dealt with Cosgrove no bother.

Over the piece a draw was probably right. If Obika buries his chance we win so it's frustrating from that point of view.

Obika was poor, Andreu wasn't in the game but other than that I thought we were good. Flynn was excellent yet again and McCarthy looks like a great acquisition, motm for me.

A lot to like about what we did.

Someone other than Cosgrove has to step up.

Should have had a pen.

Players have to take the onus.

Good thing that I reread the last sentence,  it was nearly oooh matron time.

Foley has had Kennedy in his pocket every time theyve faced this season.

Neil McCann - "playing Foley against Kennedy was a huge gamble today, but it paid off. Great decision from Goodwin"
