Nasty I assume like Black Friday but instead of £30 off a shitty TV brand it'll be punches being thrown over face masks and hand gel. I'm looking forward to it.
Dosser-fae-the-shire
Given it seems to mostly be the old codgers who are dying as a result of this, a heavy dose of it in Scotland could have serious political consequences...Heard the SNP created this virus purely for this reason.

Worktheshaft
No surprise to see the spike in cases emerging from a ski resort. Folk who frequent the slopes are notoriously riddled. Pray4Aviemore.With all these schools in England now closed due to pupils returning from ski trips in Italy ill, I refer you to my earlier comment.

Dee Man
The J-League are considering playing games behind closed doors. I predict this year's Olympics are going to be a farce.
jimbaxters
I live in Lombardia. Work shut for a week and supermarkets rammed. COVID19 hates shopping apparently.

I guess they will cancel the Olympics although it looks like a lot of people will get the virus eventually anyway. i still don't believe that not one person in South America has it.

Booker_d
Yeah apparently the Grandfather lied repeatedly about going to Japan, gave it to his son who has probably spread it around the bank he works in and also his grandson who has probably spread it around the school. Human arrogance/ignorance/incompetence means this was never going to be controlled. Oh well.
DiegoDiego
Seems like an overreaction. Have there been any confirmed cases in Rome yet? There's been one in Lazio, I think. My Brother lives in London and has booked to go to Italy to watch the Ulster rugby game which has been called off. Lost his money . Though still might go. Bit of a chance as the Town my go into lock down and he could be stuck there.I think that's highly unlikely. As things stand the schools are reopening on Monday and the few lockdowns in place are of villages with little economic significance. The supermarkets are as normal.
