vikingTON
I see that we're back to the 60,000 tests per day nonsense already. Nearly doubled in the space of a few days of scaremongering.
Gaz
I'm now fully expecting restrictions to be reintroduced from 15:30 on Wednesday afternoon.

Nearly doubled in the space of a few days of scaremongering. It's vitally important that people who are fit and well with no symptoms test everyday. Utter drivel that keeps the panto running.

Obviously that will rise as a result of the increased number of people being tested. But the fact those numbers are half the levels they were last year doesn't point to hospitals having to close their doors to new patients imminently. I could be wrong. But I think these South African medics knew what they were talking about...
scottsdad
Want to guess which number the BBC reports - the "case numbers" or test positivity?
Michael W
This is either going to be very bad or a load of waffle spraffed for no reason with a dose of bumbling threats about restrictions.

They've lied all the way through according to the agenda. The dreadful tier system they ignored when it suited. The science they ignored when it suited. The hospital numbers they ignored when it suited. Etc etc etc etc.
Ron Aldo
No plans for more restrictions in England according to Sky News.Looks likely that it'll be an update on boosters. Yesterday was a record day for boosters in England (548k) so may have something to do with that.
