Didn't Starmer say today that there were prosecutions taking place today in London about breaches last December? Harvie is from Glasgow which was in tier/level 3 so only essential work travel. Some of these people were subsequently fined £10k for their troubles. I get that it's harder to investigate stuff that happened a year ago, but the rules are supposed to apply to everyone. There is evidence it happened and no-one is saying charge people immediately. I can buy 'not enough evidence' insofar as prosecuting at the moment, but there is definitely reasonable suspicion it happened. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.
