I am going to a conference in London at the end of the month and only found out a few minutes ago that I need to proove double jagged (or negative test)  2 mins later I downloaded a certificate from NHS Scotland with QR codes that expire on this day in 2022 - very very easy.

On my certificate that I downloaded it said: This document is generated from a PDF download. This is not proof of ID.

8 weeks from my 1st takes me to the 28th, would need to be the 25th or earlier, they don’t let you get one less than 8 weeks prior

Just get someone else's qr code mate. There's zero chance they'll be cross referencing these with ID for that many people.

Cormack is an utter bullshitter.  Average crowd is around 13,500 and approx 9,500 season tickets already paid for.  So he believes that about 75% of "casual" fans won't turn up due to vaccine passports...what a joke. Must be around 90%+ of this support already double jagged so why wouldnt they do the simple thing and carry a certificate on their phone.

I said earlier today that I am going to a conference in London later this month and need prooof of vaccination - went to NHS Scotland website and two mins later the certificate pdf was on my phone....however, things took a sinister turn and both Marshmallo and Oaksoft red-dotted my positive post...and just like that my day was ruined.

Aberdeen were happy to start off the season by restricting crowds, closing pie stalls, making fans wear masks outside and having to show proof of a negative test to a jobsworth at the gate.

I don't see why showing one certificate at the gate is suddenly such a big deal.

It's only a matter of time until they expect us to speak Mandarin.

I think I’d struggle to learn Mandarine at my age, but if Nicola and the Scottish Government mandate it I will try my best…

Firstly, that's a shít situation to be in and you have my sympathy.

I think you should be able to get a 2nd jab if you just turn up at vaccination centre and claim this is the slot you were given.  I did exactly that (although it was due to an admin cock up).  I had 44 days between jabs, which was queried by the jabber, but the supervisor said it was fine.

As far as I am concerned, the vaccine passports are distracting from the Scottish Government completely mishandling the reopening in their usual fashion of attempting to be seen as more caring than the UK Government.

I would have removed all legal restrictions at the start of the school summer holidays with the obvious advice to keep following basic hygiene measures. Instead we had the 9th August reopening a week before the schools went back and only a few weeks before universities. I think this would have allowed the exit wave to subside before a further spike, leading to less pressure on hospitals at one time.
