All those tier 3 councils should be showing a reduction in their overall contribution by now. More fuel to get the worst ones into tier 4 tomorrow. World Health Organisation has agreements in place with almost all nations that vaccines will be made available to each nation (regardless of power/size) and 25% of each population to be targeted as soon as practically possible. I think the news from Pfizer has boosted stock markets around the world, as opposed to any expectation of an announcement from Boris.
