Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Recommended Posts

Well, after a day free of symptoms I am taking government advice and going back to work today. Worst death rattle ever, a 72 hour cold.

Would say that about half the usual number of punters are on the train today and the train chaps have put an extra few carriages into service, I assume to help with the social distancing.

Due into Zürich shortly, interested to see exactly how busy it is there, as I’ll be arriving just as rush hour kicks off.

I've never eaten a Fray Bentos before, should I try it before the virus takes hold?

It depends, do you like nice tasting food?

Of course, I usually make my own steak pie and people actually ask me to do so. Hence the reason I've never tried one in a tin. Is it an experience worth having?

When we went tits up in 2012 the whole of P&B became tax and accountancy experts.  Now they are all epidemiologists.

Still the same sociopathic fannies, though.

The worried well, the hysterical and those with a political axe to grind - IE 80% of P&B.

You seem to be being well treated.  Best wishes.

No Tam.

It comes just below slamming your testicles in the kitchen drawer in the  government publication 'things to do when you're stuck at home in a global pandemic'

Apparently two folk in my work sent home with symptoms. Yesterday one of the desks was still covered with used tissues. I doubt they’ve got it but you never know.

On a separate note Im potentially getting a decent redundancy but not sure whether to take it with possible nick of the job market in a month or two.

Any P&B advice? 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️

Take it. Use the money to self isolate on patterned silk bog rolls, fray bentos and Aunty Bessies. Do an online degree at the Open University. When you emerge from your cocoon and make your way out into the wasteland the jobs market will be in a serious state of imbalance.

Posts on Facebook like this really help the current situation.

Seriously, what a stupid cow.
