"I cannot hand in my assignment by Friday. I have tested positive for Covid" is the most common reason I see.

Do you work in the education sector mate?

I try not to.

ETA, before Covid came along as the catch-all excuse all students use, I had some crackers. One Greek student apparently had to return to Greece for a weekend of National Service. Another student contracted mumps on the Friday the assignment was die, but was in class on Monday feeling much better,

That's some recovery!

To date in 2022 there have been 44% more Covid hospital admissions than in the same period in 2021.  What’s more, already in 2022 we have had 12% more hospital admissions than in the entirety of 2021.

There have been 39% more Covid hospital admissions in the first 289 days of 2022 than there were in the 289 days from March 19th 2020 to the end of December 2020.

Yet folk still think the experimental and untested covid “vaccines” are effective 🤡🌎

The Supreme Court of New York State has ruled that New York City has to reinstate and provide back pay to all public workers who lost their jobs due to the vaccine mandate.

The reasoning was that the vaccine doesn't in anyway prevent or reduce an individual contracting or transmitting the virus.

The Pharma companies have legal indemnity against all the vaccine injuries and deaths but do they have indemnity against being sued for the dishonest testing studies they published claiming the vaccine protected against infection which was the primary driver of Covid policy in most nations for a full year?

People posting online about getting the vaccine is the Livestrong band of the 2020s.

Covid was always worse for the unfit and obese. This isn't new.

Exactly. The vaccine point is a complete red herring there. Losing weight doesn’t “improve the vaccine efficiency”, it just massively improves your covid outcome independent of what (if any) vaccine you’ve had.

There have been 21,238 excess non-Covid deaths registered in England and Wales in the 25 weeks since April 23rd, according to the latest official data from the Office for National Statistics, released on Tuesday. This is 9% more than expected, based on an average of the previous five years.

The latest spike in excess deaths “coincides” with the winter roll out of vaccine boosters
