Coronavirus (COVID-19)

It'll be interesting to see her response when its pointed out that numerous other countries are doing away with restrictions, not just England.

Will it be reckless Scandinavians / Europeans or some bullshit about how we just don't know? I'll reserve a full heads gone until tomorrow but I reckon we'll be left with the shitty end of the stick (again) in comparison to elsewhere.

Just back from Morrison’s and, sad to say, it was about 95% mask observance.

Scots are a very compliant race.

Anyway, everyone to their own.

I very much doubt we're a race but please feel free to try your luck in the land of Johnson & Rees-Mogg.  Anything goes and they have very nice Morrisons too.

Just back from the gym. There was a woman there, probably in her 60s, working away at the rowing machine in a mask.

Things like this really fucking trigger me. She should be swiftly pie-booted.

She can wear a full spacesuit for all it matters, it has no impact on either of you or anyone else. These sort of posts baffle me.

I wasn't bothered by it - I just thought it was strange and worth mentioning.

Totally her choice as you say. But I couldn't imagine doing it myself.

Google "race definition"

race2

a group of people sharing the same culture, history, language, etc.; an ethnic group.
"we Scots were a bloodthirsty race then"

Booster jabs for 75+ and those who would have been shielded to take place in the next few months.

Here we go again.

Good news. Once all the 75+ are given their fourth dose (as we move into summer...) then I'm sure we'll be right back to pre-2020 normality...

Wait a minute here…

Radio Scotland this morning saying it’s only guidance, and not law, that you have to isolate if you test positive?!

I was absolutely not aware of this at all.

I'm just throwing this out there, but surely if you're not wanting to isolate or bother about whether you're following rules / breaking the law, then it would be much simpler to just never get tested at all, unless of course you have no option through work etc ??

The need for testing seems pretty ridiculous now in any case, given the fact that the virus appears to have developed into nothing more sinister than the common cold.
