Or if you do join one of the protests, you get labelled an anti-vax, tin foil hat wearing flat earther.

There's absolutely no in-between. Which is of course ridiculous.

Without wanting to get too theoretical about it that's what happens when the very idea of mass politics becomes as marginalised as it has in the anglosphere and much of the rest of the Western World. The French and Spanish, off the top of my head, still have a good go to be fair but generations in this country have been told that any form of mass political organising further than encouraging people to vote is to be part of a cult. A shite state of affairs and for more than protesting this kind of nonsense.

It would be nice if rather than labelling football and hospitality as potential super spreaders, if they could actually produce any data to show that they are already places were there is a high incidence of people transmitting Covid.

I'm going to the panto on Christmas Eve, Kings Theatre in Glasgow which holds 1785 people, and is typically sold out for just about every performance at this time. It will not be under any new restrictions from Sunday. "Following the science"? f**k off.

I've taken credit voucher rather than go 🙈

Old man Danger's post has surely set some kind of record here. 22 interactions, 11 up votes, 11 down votes. Overall neutral.

The duality of man.

Sad/petty as f**k that some people just upvote stuff not because they agree with it or because it’s good content, but only because a poster they don’t like has down voted it.

Feared something like this was on the cards after the SG asked for some extra funds out of Westminster.

I'm done with it now. Total media control and politics for the sake of politics in full effect.

I would red dot that Granny Danger post because people I like have red dotted it but I believe he was the first proponent of this thread I used to improve my forum experience, and I don't care to sully that on an already tenuous day for the thread.

Well do let us know what you decide!
