The Daily Mail and the The Sun giving each other Twitter hand shandy's for making c***s of themselves isn't news,

Personally, I'm delighted our First Minister treats these ambulance-chasing bin-raking phone-hacking gutter-dwelling minks with the absolute contempt they and their behaviour during this pandemic deserves. Vermin.

When it comes to the SNP (rather than independence) the Scottish media seems quite willing to indulge in 'succulant lamb' journalism. It's another symptom of groundhog Day SNP governance.

Her answer was ad hominem pish that didn't answer the question that I expect won't be followed up upon. It's quite frustrating.

SNP gave money to the media, google it.

I can only speak for my local Asda but this was genuinely a fantastic idea - stopped utter morons ambling out of doors with no regard for their surroundings no matter how many people were trying to get past them.

Good idea on paper but when the trolleys are located at the exit not ideal, but that’ll definitely beat the variant just like it did with delta.

Since he wasn't at any parties in No10, it looks like Johnson is going to have to do the investigating himself.

It only hasn’t been proven yet he was at any parties.  Imagine if the buffoon was the only c**t in Whitehall that did actually follow the rules.  😂

Tbh I’m not bothered about the advert if that’s all It was and the government weren’t actively putting fear into people not to do anything remotely fun.

The messaging is so confused, it’s laughable. On one hand it’s stay in the house. On the other it’s take a test before you do anything.

Even those in the centre of it can’t get their ducks in a row.

My wife and I, being fairly senior, have been taking lateral flow tests for some time. We have reported the results (always negative) to 119 and until end November we always received two immediate follow up Emails confirming our results. However since the beginning of December we have received no confirmations whatsoever. I have been told the programming has been changed and the system will no longer support Email or postal confirmations. We now have no recent record and tonight we have also tried , five times so far, to report the latest negative results of our LF tests taken at 4.pm.  We have been told each time after spending four minutes pressing buttons (a) your call is important to us and (b) because of the very high volume of calls, we cannot proceed with your call and (c) please try again later.

I haven't been too fussed even though the EMails  are so worded as to cast doubt on the test results. However, the scientists are now urging us to take even more frequent lateral flow tests, even daily ones, and we now need to show proof, otherwise we could be heavily fined or sent to jail.?

How can we show we are currently all clear? We have tried all sorts to clarify our condition, including an Email to our local (SNP ) MSP but are chasing shadows since no one seems able to help.

Life really is too  f*****g short for this kind of shit. For the record, we have had three jabs plus a flu shot and have every intention of surviving for a long time yet.

It's called advice you moron.

If you leave longer intervals between social gatherings it will, generally speaking, be easier to work out which social gathering you contracted the virus at if you subsequently test positive.

This makes it way easier to work out which close contacts are at a greater/lesser risk of having picked-up the virus.

We can then use that information to tailor and target contact tracing testing more effectively, reduce the dependence on and impact of self-isolation protocols and get back to normal more quickly.

But sure, by all means ridicule really pretty mild measures designed to stop you giving your grandparents a deadly disease.

Yeah, the name calling in particular seems very on-brand. As does combining the bellitlement of restrictions with nonsense hyperbole about killing old people.

Another minter for ad lib.

ETA just re read that rant, and interested to note that the 36 billion (thirty six, billion) pound T&T program needs a leg up in the form of day on/day off socialising for the scum [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]

You support Falkirk. Months on a ventilator in ICU would be a drastic improvement for your quality of life. I suppose, in that context, you might be quite pro pandemic.
