Harvie knows you can basically get away with speaking down to people as long as you've convinced people you're on the "good" side of things. If anyone thinks that the vocal views of a few posters on P&B represent mainstream public opinion, they need to get out more. Undoubtedly, this will raise some moans and groans amongst those that it will affect directly, but the vast majority of people in Scotland don't go to nightclubs, or festivals or concerts, or even attend football games. Nobody in their right mind wants vaccine passports, but the vast majority of Scots won't be inconvenienced by them and will accept it as a necessary evil.
