I’m already unhappy at the law being passed for ethical reasons but this totally fucks me over. Already bought tickets for the Scotland game only 11 days after my second vaccine. Does this mean I won’t be allowed to go? Through no fault of my own. I cannot stress this enough, f**k this government. Absolutely delighted I cancelled my Green Party membership, clearly shown they don’t have any backbone and don’t stand by the views that they supposedly have.Kind of in the same boat as you, due my second dose as of now but currently have the rona . As far as I can tell I’m not allowed my second dose until 28 days after my positive test. I get the impression they are no longer that worried about vaccinated people catching it. Of course they can't say that, which leads to them tying themselves in knots about why they are introducing them. Allowing negative LFTs (which as previously discussed can be easily achieved by not actually taking the test) would not have this effect, hence why they aren't included as acceptable at launch.
