Falkirk tweeted entry arrangements for our big glamour cup tie tomorrow night and masks are indeed binned except for inside, ie concourses etc. No mask required at your seat except in the “vulnerable zone”.

Great news.

Hope all clubs will do the same soon.

I had lunch with a teacher friend and even she agreed it's just to keep the EiS from bumping Thier gums [emoji85]

Spoke to a teacher a few weeks ago who called the EIS a “shower of self interested arseholes.”

School been in touch, still requiring staggered start and finish times and masks in the grounds emoji1787.pngemoji1787.pngemoji1787.png

Get tae f**k

That does sound a bit mental.

Are you sure they're not just doing it to wind you up because they know what you're like?

Dumbarton posted the same today, pay at the gate, kiosks back open, no masks when outside only when in for a pish or a pie. No word on whether the bar is open but I would hope so.

Would be outstanding trolling on their part, but afraid not. Currently too rough to get really excited over it though.

Can't you just call it the Falkirk penalty area?

They are technically breaking the law so a bit daft publicising. New mask law came in on Monday.

The point I'm attempting to make is that the tests are far from foolproof and that if anyone was really wanting to bypass / circumvent them, then they quite obviously could.
Does that not make a complete mockery of having them in the first place when every other nation is only requesting proof of vaccination ??
The moral side of this is not in question but how many people can afford morals when thousands of pounds are at stake, not to mention the potential impact on their mental health and that of their families.
It's not stopping hundreds a day testing positive overseas and rendering them unable to fly home.

The fact that at least two separate clubs have said this suggests otherwise.

Well they’re not, since masks are required for indoor only.
