Umpteen chest x-rays. A couple/three consultations with a chest specialist. A consultation with a prostate specialist. Prostate biopsy. MRI scan. Bowel scan. (Another scan which I can't remember what it was for - bone scan perhaps.) Consultation with an oncologist. 4 implants to date.* Plus umpteen courses of antibiotics for my chest and repeat inhalers every month. Thank God for the Beveridge report and those who implemented it. *ETA: These are £400.00 a pop. apparently. Absolutely. I'm lucky that I get a deal through one of my employers that means I only pay a maximum of about a hundred quid a year and pretty much everything else is covered. But there are plenty of people who don't have that and just can't pay. It's shambolic to think human beings have to actually have money to be looked after if they get sick in so much of the world. When you actually stop and think about it, it's mind-boggling.

Then aye about 17k but the main thing is the first doses of the "hard" to do areas is over 80% complete (care homes the infirm etc) and now the big centres can open and get jagging So as long as Tynie is sober enough to work weekends we will be cutting some shapes in deja by the end of the year

MP_MFC
On OTB Jason Leitch also seemed to suggest that once they get out of the top 2 or 3 groups it'll be some sort of online booking system (I guess like the tests) to allow people to book their appts presumably at the larger centres rather than clogging up GP surgeries.
