Actually having googled it, it is reckoned by a Swedish historian the population was between 800k and 1 m between 800 and 1000 AD So Sebastian Rushworth MD can't empirically prove his claim because the statistics aren't available. I don't think anyone would be surprised to know that the NHS would deem certain treatments unsuitable for groups of people. Whether that be Covid related, or anything else.
