Anyone got a prediction for gyms reopening?

I think it will be one of the later businesses to reopen and it include capped numbers for the gym floor or classes. Probably swimming pools and changing rooms to stay closed, that was what happened before at Nuffield.

I'm not sure how much people will be rushing in to the gyms though, lots of people will still be choosing to keep away. I also think the amount of people who invested in home gym equipment is massive (you can't get a barbell, dumbell or any weights equipment for love nor money) and they may find they can work out for much less than memberships.

I'm fortunate in that I have access to a private gym at my rugby club that I borrowed equipment from to keep me going for a few weeks but as and when lockdown rules are relaxed I will be looking forward to training again (in isolation, with strict hygiene rules in place before the next person comes in).

Can't sign the lease until housing association is open again.  Been told by removal firm that both properties have to be empty for three days.  The other one is but not sure where I can go to leave mine empty.  There's no b&b etc.  Not allowed to visit others so pretty cornered.

We were supposed to move into the new house on the 2nd of April after moving out of the old house on the 18th of March.  The people in the house we were moving into couldn’t move at the time so we just had to sit it out. Got the keys last Thursday and didn’t bother going round until Sunday night.  We are going to move the stuff in tomorrow and Wednesday.  The official Government website just advises you to hold off but if you can’t it just states observe social distancing.  So it appears to be ok to move.  I’m moving even if the wife and bairn don’t want to...

I looked into this, as I am in a similar position. Legally hotels and b&bs can still accommodate people if they need the room due to delays in moving house. Of course most hotels and b&bs are closed. Airbnb is still taking bookings so that might be your best bet.

Training on their own.

So, they don't really need to gather at the training ground?

They're professional athletes turning up at their workplace to do their job. They'll have all sorts of specialist equipment and will have the space to do fitness exercises properly and without the need for any contact with the general public, which wouldn't be the case in any of their local parks or wherever else the general public might do their exercise.

Their manager literally had the disease, so I doubt there's going to be any sense of them not taking this seriously.

Coronavirus: Belgians urged to eat more chips by lockdown-hit potato growers

Belgians ken the score

I’m investing in any airline companies that fly from Scotland to Belgium.

They always do? More slots should be opening up as of next week ( some stores this week)

It's gone a bit weird in Inverness. Nothing for 3 weeks apart from anytime tomorrow.

Customers are being encouraged to follow the one way system with the arrows on the floor, the staff doing the picking couldn't give two shits. Every aisle I went down this morning there was invariably a Tesco staff member going against the flow.

Anyone else supposed to be moving house?

Was supposed to conclude the sale of my late father's house two weeks ago. On hold but the intention is to conclude within 10 days of the end of lockdown.

What that means in real terms is anyone's guess.

Sound like c***s. Report it.
Some aisles is quite tough as the device sends you in different directions. Sadly they still have times to meet to get the vans on the road.
I hope you got everything you needed.

Texas to reopen businesses on Friday.

Bold.   Or very fucking dumb. We will know in a couple of weeks.

Death rate is 24 /1 million population , Germany is 72 / 1 million.

It looks a safe place to be compared to Germany and they are relaxing things also.
